At the same time it has a hand full of small boutique shops and restaurants and useful shops such as hardware stores florists etc. The area has its own atmosphere and has just about everything you need so if like me your keen to avoid the pedestrian traffic of Churchill Square on a Saturday afternoon then living with close proximity of Seven dials is great option.
